My own personal salt-free Cajane-style blend with a 90,000 H.U. cayenne pepper. X-Hot, but flavorful! Made with paprika, red pepper, black pepper, white pepper, oregano, thyme, garlic, onion, basil and mustard. Heat mellows during cooking. Excellent for jambalaya and for blackening meats and fish, etc.
