Dehydrated and concentrated soup stocks. The foundation for an infinite variety of soups ranging from light and brothy to thick and hearty. In general, dissolve 1-1 1/2 tsp. in 1 cup of water for beef, chicken or ham stock: For the French Onion and Vegetable Bases, dissolve 1/4th cup seasoning in 1 cup water.To season foods: rub on meats, add to gravies, sauces, vegetables, and cream soups. Also add to water when boiling rice and pastas. Swiss Brand soup bases do contain salt, sugar and msg. Dissolve 1 - 1 1/2 tsp in 1 cup of water for stock. Keep refrigerated up to 8 months.
