Black pepper is the most common of all spices worldwide. Ours is from Malabar in Southwest India which is extremely aromatic, and has a hot, biting, and pungent flavor. Use in anything: meats, fish, poultry, game, oysters, eggs, salads, veggies, tomatoes, soups, stews, barbeque sauces, gravies, dressings, cookies and mincemeat, etc. We offer whole, and three different "grinds": Fine for the table; Table grind; Coarser for cooking - Café grind and Chunkier ("Butcher-cut") - Cracked for roasts, steaks, marinades, and salads, etc.
